JL Properties, Inc. is a strong supporter of recycling efforts. Each tenant should supply recycling containers on each floor for Papers, Plastics, and Aluminums.

The following items are accepted in our program:

• Mixed Paper: White/colored paper, glossy paper, junk mail, window envelopes, paperboard (cereal boxes, paper towel rolls), gift wrap, newspaper, magazines, file folders.
• Cardboard: 20 lbs. max, flattened and bundled.
• Aluminum Cans: Bagged and tied in clear plastic bags.
• Plastic Bottles: Emptied with cap/lids removed, bagged and tied in clear plastic bags.
• Only clear plastic bags will be accepted.
