JL Properties was formed in 1990 by the two current principals, Jonathan Rubini and Leonard Hyde. Our current managed portfolio contains in excess of one million square feet of commercial space, and more than 3,400 multi-family units. Our corporate offices are located in Anchorage, Alaska where a strong and growing local economy combined with an attractive quality of life, provide strategic advantages to long-term real estate development. Today, JL finds itself as the largest and most active real estate development and management firm in Alaska, and has recently made strategic acquisitions in Salt Lake City, Utah.
